Just want to share the inefficiency of the Railway Department. Its about Vikhroli Railway station.
There are three ticket counters, one at West attached to Platform Number 1 and two counters attached to Platform Number 4
ie. One at CST end and Other at Thane End.
Presently Railways has recruited many new staff who has no discipline to speak with the passenger at the Ticket counter as they know that they are the permanent staff member of Railways and no one is bothered about the complaints and no action is to be taken.
Secondly at morning 6 to 7 the tickets counter on platform number 4 are closed.
God knows when they get open. Only platform number 1 is open.
The older, disabled person who has to catch the train from platform number 2 , he or she has to cross the bridge from east platform number 4 to west platform number 1, stand in queue, purchase the ticket and then back from the FOB to platform number 2 to catch the train.
This is ridiculous, Does this Railway staff will know such concerns of the people and try to solve it. Who will take responsibility to change this. Please let know.
