         Guys please dont ever visit to Kurla (united Tech). They are are very rude and dont know anything about service. They only know, how to remove money from warranty customers. Very very bad service center. I will request Micromax to please close down Kurla center.

             The worst service center of Micromax (kurla) i had ever seen. They them self don’t know the meaning of warranty after asking? and they call them self Authorized.??? Very mean and don’t know how to talk with customer’s. Very rude and cheap people. I really don’t understand how can Micromax give them service contract. I request every customer’s of Micromax not to visit Kurla center ever for service.

    MANY OF THE PHONE NOS. ARE SWITCHED OFF, TOLL FREE NO. IS WRONG, MANY OF SERVICE CENTRE HAS STOPPED WORKING FOR MICROMAX.

Qube x550 hai, jub mera mobile charge nahi ho raha tha to use banane ke liye service center boriwali wale Rs.250 liye, jo abhi bhi waranty me hai . to kya use paise lene chahiye? aur jubse usne charging banaya tabse usb cable connect nahi ho raha hai. use banane ke liye Rs. 1600 mang raha hai. to mai aap subse ye janna chahta hu ki life me phir kabhi micromax ka mobile lena chahiye?

       Bhandup service center of Micromax is the best and gives better service compare to others. They are very professionals. Their team is very promising and they makesure to gives the best service. Yes they are little slow, but at the end they make their customer happy.

             All service centres like these should be targeted and their centres should be closed for good.

    i have purchase a micromax q5 on 2/4/2011 the piece was faulty in two months when we contact to miraroad service centre they has given me 15 days to solve the problem and has taken 2 months after that day they has replace the piece of two month older piece of same problem . a faulty piece only. my emi number of older piece was 910535605442437 and replace piece emi number was 910536600125383 so pleas guide me to solve the problem my mobile piece was now also in warranty period and the person to whom i shall contact to solve the problem in faster piece

    mare ko jaldi se micromax x550 ki battery kha milte hai batao nahi to deko mai 1 sal ho gya moje battery mil nahi re hai muje to bhoat gussa aaa raha hai aur micromax walo tume kaisa mobile ki battery banaya hai. hamare city ke log bhoat gussa karte hai kyo ki tumre compane ki mobil ki battery 5 min me khatam ho ja te hai us battery ko 50 days tak charging kya to bi 5 min me charging khatam ho jate hai hum kye kare tum he batao. humare city ke log khate hai ke hum ne 50000 phokot me dobo diya

    i visited 3 service center from last 3 months, Thane then kurla and last to Bhandup. after visiting bhandup service center they solve my original problem mobile phone (X600) by taking so little charges rs.250/- to start working my phone. where thane and kurla service center offered me total expense about 2000 rs. where kurla service center was not taking responsibility about my phone. they kept that mobile about for 2months in their service center and never provide and quality work. even they charge rs. 500 for keeping my phone and returned without repair. finally bhandup service center gave me better result in over all service center. where they repaired my mobile within week and charged minimum. thanks bhandup service center. and i hope people will not visit to such fake and illeterate persons like thane and kurla service center.

    Micromax service center franchise apne aap me hi competition kar rahe hai. Yaha Kurla ka Service center apna promotion kar raha hai to bhandup service center wala usake baare me alag alag naam se galat galat post upload kar raha hai. Aditya Raut, Martin both are fake people i mean these people nothing but Bhandup service center people. jo kurla walo ko band karane ke liye ye sab kar rahe hai. waise b sabse worst service khudahi provide karte hai bt apne service ke baare me logo ko kitna jhoote comments dete. me to kahunga ke micromax hi mat kharido. bcoz 20rs. ke track ball ke b ye log 500 rs charge karte. aur company ko pata b nahi hai ye apne out warranty ke logs bhi company ko provide nahi karte. jo b customer aata hai bas water damage hai bolke thoda namak wala pani track ball pe daal denge aur tumhara in warranty phone out warranty karke band baja denge. me b in logo se kafi frustrate hu. Aur haa Bhandup wale agar bolte hai ke unaka service center bahot achha hai to unhe ye puchho ke last tym customers ne police complaint kyu ki thi. ek customer ne unaka laptop tod diya tha. aur kuchh customers ne unaka service center me tod fod bhi kar di thi.. saale dusaro ko bewakhoof samajate hai.. khud kitne harami ye dekho pehle.

    i have a micromax phone a-75 model and the power button is spoiled and i cannot unlock and put off n switch on my phone easily…it takes really great effort…kindly advise if there is a service center in bandra west so that i could give it for repairs

     THE SAME BATTERY BECAME BLOW. I HAVE SHOWN THE SAME AT VIJAY SALES EXECUTIVE & MANAGER. THEY HAVE DENIED TO RECEIVE THE COMPLAIN OR BATTERY. THEY SUGESTED TO GO AT SERVICE CENTRE OF MICROMAX AT MUMBAI.
     AS I AM LIVING AND WORKING AT VASAI. I CAN’T GO TO MUMBAI IN WORKING DAY FOR A BATTERY.

     Sir, I have purchased recently A75 android smart phone on Home Shop 18 and it was delivered by courier on 20.08.2012. I observed that Battery is not supported for whole day, even though i fully charged. I have to recharge my battery after every 18 – 20 Hrs. and I am not using it for hearing the song or any internet services. please exchange my battery at the earliest and also guide me how I can solve my problem?

     I purchased the model A90 (android) on Sun Sep 3, 2012 however its mike is not working and i visited service centre but it is not providing the service saying service for android enabled phone is not providing by the company and also it asks for extra charges to repair it though it is within the warranty.

     Please stop buying Micromax phone ….. It has no quality and no service support. I purchased on mobile X660 from Top-10 Kurla in the month of April 2012 and only working for 20 days it become dead …. I gave this phone 2 times to repair in their service centre but again after working couple of hours it went off…. I dont know what kind of product these company supplying no. quality product .. Please stop buying this ……..

     I dont find any iresponsible supplier like Micromax,,,,,,

     Dear Micromax people,

     I had bought A50 in August i had an hearing problem from speaker.
     if i talk on loudspeaker it is working fine.

     above also i have seen people with the same complain.

     It means the total lot may be faulty.

     there is no time in working hours due to office and your service center in ghatkopar don’t repair Anorid phone.

     Kindly make arrangement to replace it.

     The dadar service centre numbers r out of date
     n i have been using micromax fones for last 3 years
     theres is no much problem in the sucessful product line like i used A50 A55 n bling1
     they wer all awesome
     but had xseries fone which i got the replacement by bling1 coz they cant get the motherboard working

     well i found services centre ok n quite good
     n the product quality is the best as compared to its price
     so dont regret everyone above :p

     Apna Bill aur warranty papers lekar Consumer Redressal Forum mey ja kar complaint darz karwado. Aur jo tum sey Rs.250 liya uska bi receipt laga do. Jab piece warranty mey hai to uske paisey nahi lene chahiye. Mera Canvas II sirf 2 mahiney mey bigad gaya, uska touch screen kam hi nahi kar raha hai. Isliye agey sey bajay ye cheap sets leney kay, thoda jyada paisey laga kar branded lena hi behatar hoga.
