    my hp gas booking no is 259407 on 1/10/11,On 9/10/11 i recived a message on my cell no.9820737695 that HP gas refill delivered vide cash memeo no.162628,but till date i have’t received a gas refill.Pl do needful.

      I HAD BOOKED CYLINDER THRO LINE8888823456 BUT 15 DAYS PASSED I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CYLINDER AND WHEN INQUIRED AT DEALERS OFICE THEY SAID I WILL GET ONLY AFTER 21DAYS. WHY THIS MUCH DELAY? WHEN EARLIER WE WERE GETTING WITHIN A WEEK.

    i had booked a refill on 23/02/2012 i received a message on my mobile no – 8652826786 that a refill will e sent vide cash memo ____ on 03/03/2011. on 05/03/2012 i called up the agency they stated that deliver will be made today hence i waited for the next day but that was invain hence i inquired the next day, even today on 10/02/2012 i have not received the refill,i dout whether is there any lack marketing racket being run by the agency why are we deprived of our refill?, why does the staff behave rudely? why are they not polite?

    AFTER MAKING SEVERAL TELEPHONIC COMPLAINTS WITH THE DEALER AND ALSO WITH HP COMPANY THE SAID DEALER IS NOT GIVING THE DELIVERY OF LPG CYLINDER TO MY HOUSE DUE TO WHICH I AND MY FAMILY HAVE TO FACE SERIOUS PROBLEMS.
    IF THE DELIVERY IS NOT GIVEN TODAY WITHIN 2 HOURS I WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THE SAID DEALER.
    I ALSO FEEL ASHAMED ON HP COMPANY`S INABILITY IN HAVING ANY CONTROL OVER THE DEALER IN SPITE OF MY REGISTERING THE COMPLAINT ON YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PORTAL.
    IT IS ALSO LEARNED FROM THE MARKET THAT THE SAID DEALER IS SELLING THE CYLINDER IN BLACK MARKET.
    I HOPE THAT VERY STRICT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE SAID DEALER AND MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED PERMANENTLY

    I have registered with HP LPG Gas Consumer for Consumer 601688 attached to Omkar Gas Agency, at Kopri Thane. However, through oversight I have registered the email id as [email protected] instead of [email protected] and I have not been able to activate the account due to wrong email Id. Kindly assist me in registering the correct email id with the company to enable me to complete the registration and use the portal.

    if i’m removing the sealed gas cylinder lpg and using it and then before it get over i close the cylinder again will this be safe since the gas will remain in the cylinder and it’s sealednow is it safe to be kept like this

    i have HP Gas connection on my mother’s name Swabhavati Devi Shrivastav, consumer no. 636820, i have only one Gas cylinder and wanted another but my Gas Agency is not allowing me to take the 2nd cylinder as they are saying we are not offering 2nd cylinder any more.

    Secondly i had booked refill online on 9th June booking no 233441 on 13th i got message that it will be delivered within 48 hrs cash memo no. 100612 and then today 14th i got another message that booking no. is cancelled, now i am not sure why this happened when i had booked the refill after a month.

    Thirdly since the online booking of refill has started twice i had received message that your booking has been accepted when i had not booked the refill and i also got the message that the booking will be delivered without any delivery.

    requesting you to pls look into the matter

    I Ramesh Todkar, HP Customer ID No. 65098, I Booked sylindr for refill on 05/07/2012 & my booking no. is 228409. after 10 days hp person give mi delivery of refill sylinder it was booked on other person. yerterday same hp person came my residance & take back refill sylinder & tell me your bokking is cancelled & you book new sylinder for refilling. your person give me wrong delivery it is your mistake, i book new refill & no. is 241740 on 19/07/2012. i request you to please give me urgent delivery of refill sylinder because 15 days are already gone from my privious booking. I hope you take action on this & help me. My mobile no. is 9819948477

    Respected sir/madam,
    i stay in Nallasopara (E) Dist. Thane. in our area there is one HP dealer is M/s Chirag Gas Agency which is in Nallasopara W. this gas agency is very careless about the customer. his is not giving the delivery on time. after our booking after 10 day they take at least 25 to 30 days to deliver the day that means we have to wait for 35days and some time more days for one cylinder.

    this month i booked cylinder on 5th Aug 2012. after lots of arguing with the staff of that agency he has sent me sms of my delivery of 48hrs. on 25th Aug 2012. & cash memo no. but till this date i had not received any cylinder. i am requesting you to please do the needful.

    also other request is that please give one sales agency in our East area so that we can at least get our cylinder in time. because some time they told us to take your cylinder to west office for receiving the same for going west office is very expensive because no traveling is available ,due to traffic police, they don’t allow us to travel with Cylinder. so no one is ready to come there.
    so please look after our area also. please do the needful.
