Vanashakti is a non-profit organization working to build awareness about the critical role played by forests and ecosystems in human well-being through communication and community building.
Vana’ is the Sanskrit word for ‘forest’, from which all life originates. The forest is the cradle of life, not only of humankind but also of the flora and fauna that feeds and breeds the biodiversity of this world we enjoy.
